The object we chose was a large house and a garden with some no longer usable by buildings. Electrical and water installations did not meet our needs. Everything out and had to be renewed, including 3 phase electricity.
While Mario was concerned with the reconstruction of the house into a restaurant, I began with the construction unit to the rear part of the land for the construction of three rooms and a pool to prepare. The old buildings were torn down and trees had to be felled. We started on 1 June2009 and was in time pressure, since I had yet available for my old bed and breakfast reservations for September. Up the arrival of these guests, everything should be done.
